Energy upgrade California - The Cool California Challenge

The CoolCalifornia Challenge pits California cities against each other to see which one can save the most energy. To get people excited, we turned the Challenge into the fight of the century. We had our mascot, the California State Bear as referee, and helped the mayors of participating cities make videos to pump up their constituents.
